As this study abroad program occurs in the fall semester of second year, students should aim to develop intermediate-level practical Chinese-speaking ability.
In this course, students will develop the necessary language proficiency which helps them adapt smoothly to university life in Chinese-speaking regions. The classes, held twice a week, focus on various episodes of intercultural communication, enabling students to learn a wide range of expressions appropriate to different situations. Additionally, based on themes set by native-speaking instructors, students will come up with their own responses and engage in conversations in Chinese. In addition to textual materials, visual resources such as images and videos will be utilized to recreate the context of each scenario more realistically. Through role-playing activities, students will express their thoughts and improve their ability to use Chinese flexibly. This approach aims to enhance not only speaking skills but also listening comprehension, rich language expression, and practical grammar usage, thereby fostering comprehensive communication abilities in Chinese.

2年次秋学期の「海外留学研修」のため、中級レベルの実践的な中国語会話力を身につけることを目指す。
As this study abroad program occurs in the fall semester of second year, students should aim to develop intermediate-level practical Chinese-speaking ability.
中国語圏での留学生活を円滑に送るために、必要な言語運用能力を身につけることを目指す。週2回の授業では、異文化コミュニケーションに関するさまざまなエピソードを取り上げ、各場面に応じた多岐にわたる表現を学習する。また、ネイティブ教員が設定したテーマに基づき、学生自身がリアクションを考え、中国語で会話を行う。文字情報に加えて、画像や映像などの視覚資料を活用し、各場面の状況をよりリアルに再現することを目指す。学生は寸劇を通じて自分の考えを表現し、中国語を柔軟に使いこなす力を向上させる。このように、話す力だけでなく、聞く力や豊かな言語表現力、さらには文法の実践的な運用力など、中国語によるコミュニケーション能力を包括的に高めることを目指す。
