Students will understand core principles of contract law in civil law systems, navigate the contractual lifecycle and remedies and develop skills to read contracts and anticipate legal issues.
Practical study, focusing on core principles, contract drafting, interpretation, structure and issues of typical contracts, illustrated through targeted case studies.
