To understand learning based on diversity and communication, through lessons consist of the study of intercultural learning theories, experiential learning activities and producing intercultural training.
Students will study the history and basic concepts of intercultural communication training and intercultural learning. By incorporating activities carried out in intercultural training, students will participate in activities in order to learn the process behind the intercultural learning and also develop their intercultural communication competence. Students are expected to participate in activities such as an analysis of visual images, body based activities and discussion, on their own initiative.

映像分析、身体活動を伴うアクティビティ、討議、発表といった教室活動に主体的に取り組む学習態度が求められる。
資料配布や教室活動などに「Canvas LMS」等を使用するため、講義にPCを持参すること。
異文化学習理論の理解、体験を通じた学び、異文化トレーニングの計画・実施（発表）等で構成される教室活動を通じ、多様性とコミュニケーションを前提とした学びを理解する。

異文化トレーニングの歴史と基礎概念、異文化トレーニングを支える異文化コミュニケーションの概念、および異文化学習について学ぶ。異文化トレーニングで行われるアクティビティをとり入れた学習活動を通じ、異文化学習（例：経験が学びに結びついていく仕組み）について理解し、同時に異文化コミュニケーション能力の向上を図る。教室活動への参加および準備に主体的に取り組む学習姿勢が要求される。
