This course explores the understanding of the various forms of existence of the human environment and the way to think about contemporary environmental issues from the relationship between humans and nature.
Humans live in a reciprocal relationship with nature. The relationship between humans and nature is diverse. Some thinking clearly distinguishes humans from nature. In contrast, others think that humans and nature are the same. This lecture explains the following topics:
1. The cultural diversity of perceptions of nature
2. Diverse interrelationships between humans and nature through livelihoods such as hunting and gathering, pastoralism, and agriculture
3. Interrelationships between human behavior and the environment
In addition, students will deepen their understanding of the interrelationship between humans and nature through viewing videos and discussing. Note that the class schedule changes depending on students' numbers and interests.

現代的な環境問題を人間と自然の間の関係という視点から考える力を身につける。
This course explores the understanding of the various forms of existence of the human environment and the way to think about contemporary environmental issues from the relationship between humans and nature.
人間は自然とかかわりあいながら生きている。人間と自然の関係は文化的に多様であり、人間と自然をはっきりと分ける考え方もあれば、人間も自然の一部であるとする考え方もある。この授業では、（１）自然についての認識の文化的多様性（自然と文化）、（２）狩猟採集、牧畜、農耕といった生業を通じた人間と自然の多様な相互関係（自然と生業）、（３）人間行動と環境の相互関係（自然と身体）というトピックについて講義を行う。また、それぞれのトピックについての映像鑑賞やディスカッションを通して、人間と自然の相互関係についての理解を深めていく。なお、授業スケジュールは、受講生の人数や関心などに応じて変更される可能性がある。
