This course aims to develop a research proposal based on the topic chosen during the previous semester. Students will continuously work on the research project by analyzing prior research and collecting/organizing data. The main part of the research containing all the necessary elements should be ready by the end of the semester.
Learn about the specific components that form a graduation research project. Then, formulate the framework of the project through discussions on how to a) transform an idea into a research project, b) define the scope of research so that it can be completed before graduation, and c) find ways to collect necessary data to be analyzed or targets to be investigated in order to find answers to the research questions.

自ら設定したテーマについて研究計画を立て、先行研究の調査やデータの収集・整理など、卒業研究の成果物の作成を進めていく。学期末の段階で、基礎的な調査を終え、研究に必要な材料が全て揃っている状態を目指す。

卒業研究を形にするための具体的な事項を学習する。各自の問題意識をどのように卒業研究のテーマに結びつけていくのか、卒業までの期間で実施可能な研究とはどのようなものなのか、テーマやリサーチクエスチョンを設定してから成果物の完成までどのようなデータ収集や調査にとりくめばよいのかなどを議論し、卒業研究の骨格づくりを進める。
