Students will continue investigative research on the themes they determined and complete the final versions by the deadline.
This seminar follows Advanced Seminar 2, and in it students will complete their graduation theses as they repeatedly give interim presentations, report on results and participate in peer readings in relation to their chosen research themes. Students will present the works of film they created in Advanced Seminar 2 and the final output of their research at a presentation session.

自ら設定したテーマについて調査研究を継続し、期限までに成果物を完成させる。
Students will continue investigative research on the themes they determined and complete the final versions by the deadline.
専門演習2に引き続き、各自の研究テーマに合わせて中間発表と成果報告、ピアリーディングを繰り返しながら卒業研究を完成させる。専門演習2で製作した映像作品とともに最後の研究成果物の発表会を行う。
授業は毎回学生自ら作品を選び、その作品をこれまで学習した知識に基づき、社会的・歴史的な解釈と政治、文化的含意に関して議論する。 戦争と植民の記憶、移住、国際結婚、女性、青少年と貧困曾などの問題を扱った作品を分析し、ディスカッションする。それから作品の歴史的・社会的コンテクストを理解し、それが指示する意味を分析する。そして、ナショナル・シネマとトランスナショナル・シネマ、またグローバル・シネマとは何かを考える。
