2025年度9月入学の国際ビジネス法学科グローバルコース1年次生のみ。 「民法概論」と「民法(1)」は2025年度から同一科目に準ずる科目となるため、単位を修得できる科目はどちらか一方のみとなる。2024年度末までに一方の科目の単位を修得している場合、2025年度以降はもう一方の科目を履修することはできないので注意すること。 |
The objective of this course is to achieve a basic understanding of Japanese civil law.
This course is intended for students admitted to the Department of Politics or the Department of International Business Law in or after the academic year 2022. The classes will consist of fundamental lectures about civil law in general, except that family law (i.e., relatives and inheritance) will not be covered.
Students who have taken this course will be able to take more advanced courses in law, such as courses in commercial law, civil procedure law, labor law, economic law, and intellectual property law, based on what they have learned from this course. Students who wish to learn more details about civil law in order to prepare for qualifying or certification exams are encouraged to take Civil Law (2), Civil Law (3), Civil Law (4), and Law of Financial Transactions 1, in their second and subsequent years. Please note that students who have taken this course may not take Civil Law (1).

民法について基礎的な理解を得ることを目標とします。
The objective of this course is to achieve a basic understanding of Japanese civil law.
この授業は，政治学科および国際ビジネス法学科（2022年度以降入学者）向けの授業です。民法全体について，基礎的な講義を行います。ただし，家族法（親族・相続）については，扱いません。
この授業を履修した者は，この授業の内容をふまえて，商法，民事訴訟法，労働法，経済法，知的財産法等の発展的な科目を履修することができます。資格試験対策等の理由から，さらに詳しく民法を学びたい者は，2年次以降に，民法(2)，民法(3)，民法(4)，金融取引法1を履修しましょう。なお，この授業を履修した者が，民法(1)を履修することはできませんので，注意して下さい。
