(旧科目名:法学特殊講義(International Business Law)) |
In this course, students will learn how to read financial news related to international business law, and will be given the opportunity to think critically and share their opinions about what they have read. This topics covered in this course will be similar to those covered in International Business Law A, but the focus will be on students applying knowledge and sharing opinions, rather than my explaining basic principles. While International Business Law A is not a prerequisite, students who have taken it or who are familiar with the topics covered in it will be best prepared for this course.
