1)To understand the basic concept of legal structure regarding the financial systems and their differences among jurisdictions and 2) to discuss new developments in the systems.
1) Share their understanding of the characteristics and differences of rules concerning participating students' jurisdictions.
2) Discuss new financial issues of interest to the participating students.
Students are requested to briefly summarize the situation in your country concerning the discussion of the next topic.

1)To understand the basic concept of legal structure regarding the financial systems and their differences among jurisdictions and 2) to discuss new developments in the systems.
