This course is at an intermediate level, designed for those who have a basic knowledge international economic law including WTO Agreement. Students are expected to get deeper understanding on several important issues of international economic law.
This course consists of lectures on selected themes in international economic law, guest speaker talks on specific issues, and student presentations. Lectures and guest talks sessions will be followed by discussions with students. So students are expected to read the assigned materials before each session, to participate in classroom discussion based on the reading assignment, and to prepare for a presentation individually or in groups (depending upon the total number of participants) at the end of the term.

本科目は，WTO協定を中心とする国際経済法ルールの基礎的な知識をもつ履修者を対象とした発展的なクラスであり，近年の国際経済法上の重要課題についてさらなる理解を深めることを目標とする。

本科目は，国際経済法上の諸問題についての講義，ゲストスピーカー講演，及び，履修者による発表によって構成される。講義及びゲストスピーカー講演の回は，後半に討議を行う。また，授業の後半には，各自の興味関心に基づき学習した内容の発表を行う。したがって，履修者は事前に指示された教材その他の資料について十分に予習を行い，各回の授業に臨むことを求められる。
