This course is at an intermediate level, designed for those who have a basic knowledge international economic law including WTO Agreement. Students are expected to get deeper understanding on several important issues of international economic law.
This course consists of lectures on selected themes in international economic law, guest speaker talks on specific issues, and student presentations. Lectures and guest talks sessions will be followed by discussions among participants. So students are expected to read the assigned materials before each session, to participate in classroom discussion based on the reading assignment, and to prepare for a presentation individually or in groups (depending upon the total number of participants) at the latter half of the term.
This course is planned to cover advanced content based on the knowledge learned in "International Economic Law 1". Therefore, when registering for this course, students must take into account that the course will be run with the understanding that they have already taken "International Economic Law 1".

本科目は、「国際経済法1」で学修したことを前提知識として、発展的な内容の学修を予定しているため、「国際経済法１」を履修済みであることを前提に授業運営することに十分留意して履修登録を行うことが必要である。
授業中に必要に応じて情報検索を行うことになるので，広い画面（目安として10インチ以上）のタブレット端末またはノートPCを持参すること
本科目は，WTO協定を中心とする国際経済法ルールの基礎的な知識をもつ履修者を対象とした発展的なクラスであり，近年の国際経済法上の重要課題についてさらなる理解を深めることを目標とする。

本科目は，国際経済法上の個別テーマについての講義，ゲストスピーカー講演，及び，履修者による発表によって構成される。各回の授業は，あらかじめ指定した予習教材（論文，エッセイその他の各種データ等）について各履修者が予習し事前に提出したコメント・質問を元に，各回テーマについての解説および予習教材の内容確認・全体討議を中心として進める（ゲストスピーカー講演の回も同様）。したがって，履修者は事前に指示された予習教材等について十分に予習を行い，各回の授業に臨むことを求められる。
また授業の後半には，各自の興味関心に基づき学習した内容の発表を行う。
