To undersatnd the history/background and the impact of Russia-Ukranine War as well as relevant international law from diverse perscpectives.
The lectures cover the history of Russia and Ukrane, issues of former Communists countries (after the end of the Cold War) as well as the reaction of each country/regions (US, Europe, former Soviet Union countries, China, DPRK other Asian countries) and the international community (such as the United Nations and the International Criminal Court).

冷戦終結後の共産主義諸国の移行の中でロシア・ウクライナ戦争へと至った経緯、国家の「起源」など歴史認識の問題、旧ユーゴスラビア紛争との比較、戦争の国際的なインパクト、中国の立場、武力行使・戦争犯罪などについての国際法からの考察など、幅広い観点から理解することを目標とする。
To undersatnd the history/background and the impact of Russia-Ukranine War as well as relevant international law from diverse perscpectives.
ロシア・ウクライナ戦争を題材にして、（1）両国の歴史（含む正教、歴史認識）、（2）冷戦終結後の共産主義諸国の移行の諸問題（旧ユーゴスラビアについても説明する）、（3）国際法の発展の中で位置づけ、国際社会の反応、（4）中国、北朝鮮の反応、アジアにとってのインパクト、を説明する。
