【Course Objectives】

The objective of this course is to learn diversity in law and culture by learning the basics of Australian law, and the culture and history of Australia at the University of Western Australia.

【Course Contents】

This course is consisted of (1) the study tours at the University of Western Australia, (2) preparatory sessions prior to the study tours, and (3) submissions of research papers after the study tours.
(1) Period : Three weeks in early February 2025-the exact dates to be confirmed.
(2) In order to make the most of the study tours, a handful of preparatory sessions are arranged prior to the study tours. Preparatory sessions also include administrative guidance sessions (e.g., as for manners to pay the fees for the study tours, acquire travel insurance, and arranging the accommodation).
(3) After the study tours, students are expected to attend a review session and submit research papers. The theme of the papers will be notified during the spring semester.

For further details, an online guidance session will be held prior to the first round of the application.
