【Course Objectives】

The US securities regulation is the essential knowledge when participants would engage in the international businesses in the future, such as cross-border M&A and cross-border securities issuance. Understanding an overview of U.S. securities regulation and deepening knowledge about global financial and capital markets are the objectives of this lecture.

【Course Contents】

In this lecture, participants are expected to understand the market structure and the framework of securities regulation in the U.S. through reading the specified textbook. In addition, practical applications and court cases of the U.S. securities regulation will be analyzed,
