The aim of this course is to establish a learning method and understand how to write legal documents as a basis for taking the Bar Examination in the future.
The classes cover the general provisions of Civil Code and so-called Property Law (Article 175 to Article 294 in the Civil Code) , except sections involving Security Property Law. The aim of this course is to promote a deeper understanding of Civil Law and to develop the ability to write legal documents by studying the famous judicial precedents and related case issues. The following themes are planned and are subject to change depending on student progress.

将来、司法試験を受験するための基礎として、学修方法を確立し、法律文書の書き方を理解すること。
The aim of this course is to establish a learning method and understand how to write legal documents as a basis for taking the Bar Examination in the future.
民法総則・物権法（担保物権法を除く）分野の著名な判例を検討し、関連する事例問題（各回数人の人に答案を書いてきてもらう予定）を考えることによって、民法の基礎知識と文書作成能力を身につける。法曹志望者を対象とするアドバンストな内容なので、履修の際には注意されたい。下記のテーマを予定しているが、受講者の学習進度によって変更することがある。
