This seminar is designed to train students' logical thinking, writing and presentation skills, while examining the society from the legal, sociological, cultural and political points of view.
Through examining modern social issues from a legal point of view, students can also gain insights into the modern society in Japan.
The seminar is an introduction to Japanese law and legal studies. Social issues are examined from legal, sociological, cultural, historical and political points of view.
