1) Through report writing and group presentations, this course aims to improve the fundamental skills that students need. 2) Through the presentation and discussion of the texts, we hope to deepen our understanding of the problems with Japanese politics, which has been run mainly by men, and to think about what kind of ideas and actions are needed to change Japanese society into one where everyone can live comfortably. 3) Through the objectives described above, I would like to train people who can think on their own about the various problems in contemporary society and who try to express their ideas in their own words.
The seminar is composed of two sections. In the first section, students will learn practical skills within the first year through group presentations and report writing, which are introduced in "the Faculty of Law Learning Guide" and "Master of Writing/Presentation". In the second section, through the presentation and discussion of the text, we hope to deepen our understanding of the problems with Japanese politics, which has been run mainly by men, and to think about what kind of ideas and actions are needed to eliminate various disparities and transform Japanese society into a place where everyone can live comfortably.
The assignments in the seminars are not difficult, but they are focused on "output", with students discussing with each other in preparation for group presentations outside of class time, each student dividing up the work into research topics, and students being required to write in their own words for a seminar report. Since only two credits will be received, in terms of the efficiency of acquiring credits, this course has poor "cost performance or time performance". But I think this course will be a good opportunity for those who want to deepen their own thoughts and value expressing them to others.

履修者は毎回、テキストをしっかり読んだ上で参加して下さい。テキストの報告については、担当者を決め、分担して報告してもらいます。また、小レポートの執筆、小レポートの相互評価、グループ・プレゼンテーションの準備作業とプレゼンの実施、ゼミレポート集の作成、レポート講評会での書評報告といった課題を予定しています。計画的に取り組み、準備に時間をかければ、いずれも難しい課題ではありません。

レポート執筆やグループ・プレゼンテーションでのパワーポイント作成では、パソコンが必要になります。また、課題提出はインターネットを通じて行いますので、インターネットに接続できる環境も必要です。

①題目：ジェンダー、フェミニズム、マイノリティ、多様性といったテーマに関する自分自身の関心について述べ、併せて演習への志望動機を述べて下さい。
②字数：1600字程度（40字×40行、A4用紙・縦版横書きで１枚程度）
演習計画は、履修者数や学生の関心に配慮して随時組み替えていきます。履修者数が多くなった場合は、集中ゼミや合宿を行うことで対応します。座っていれば単位が取れるような演習ではありません。その点から言えば、演習テーマに関心のない人がこの演習を志望することは、ご遠慮願います。
1．レポート作成やグループ・プレゼンテーションを通じて、学生にとって必要となる基礎的技能の向上を目指します。2．テキストの報告と議論を通じて、男性中心で運営されてきた日本政治の問題点について理解を深めると共に、誰もが生きやすい日本社会へと変えていくために、どのような発想や行動が必要となるのかについて考えていきたいと思います。3．以上の目標を通じて、現代社会の諸問題について、自ら考え、自分の言葉で表現しようとする人間を育てたいと思います。

この演習は、大きく二つの部分から構成されています。一つは、「法学部ラーニングガイド」や「Master of Writing／Presentation」で紹介されている学生にとって必要な技能を、グループ・プレゼンテーションやレポート作成を進めることで、一年次の内に実践的に身に付けてもらうことです。もう一つは、テキストの報告と議論を通じて、男性中心で運営されてきた日本政治の問題点について理解を深めると共に、様々な格差を解消し、誰もが生きやすい日本社会へと変えていくために、どのような発想や行動が必要となるのかについて考えていきたいと思います。
演習で取り組む課題は難しいものではありませんが、授業時間とは別に、グループ・プレゼンテーションのために学生同士で議論し、各人が分担して様々な事柄を調べ、またゼミレポート集においては自分の言葉で書くことが求められる「出力」重視の演習です。得られる単位は2単位だけなので、単位取得効率の点から言えば甚だ「コスパ／タイパ」の悪い講義ですが、自らの考えを深め、それを他者に向けて表現していくことを大切にしたい人には良い機会になると思います。
