Deepen understanding of the issues through consideration of recent important precedents in criminal law general theory and criminal law specific theory
In this seminar, we will take up and examine the cases recent criminal law precedents that are particularly important. The instructor will present a number of candidates for the cases to be discussed in the report, and you will select the ones that interest you. The student presenter will research the case to be discussed, follow up on the academic discussion, explain it to the participants, and encourage them to discuss it. Participants will join the discussion based on the reports.
Grades in Criminal Law General and Criminal Law Specific will not be taken into consideration. Students with an interest in criminal law and a willingness to actively participate in the discussion are welcome.

刑法総論および各論における近時の重要判例についての検討を通じて、問題となる論点の理解を深める
Deepen understanding of the issues through consideration of recent important precedents in criminal law general theory and criminal law specific theory
本演習では、近時の刑法判例の中で特に重要だと考えられるものを取り上げ検討を加えます。皆さんが報告で扱う判例については、教員からいくつか候補を示したうえで、興味をもったものを選んでもらいます。報告者は扱う判例について調査したうえで、学説上の議論もフォローし、参加者に説明し、議論を促します。参加者は報告をもとに、議論に加わります。
刑法総論と刑法各論の成績は考慮しません。刑法に興味があり、積極的に議論に参加しようとする意欲ある学生を歓迎します。
In this seminar, we will take up and examine the cases recent criminal law precedents that are particularly important.
