The aim of this course is to strengthen students’ legal reasoning skills through close reading and critical analysis of advanced scholarship on international law.
Students designated for each session are required to submit a written report on the assigned readings in advance. The readings relate to the core content of International Law I and II, while examining it in a more specialized and in-depth manner.

国際法に関する専門文献の講読を通じて、国際問題を法的に検討する思考力を養う。
The aim of this course is to strengthen students’ legal reasoning skills through close reading and critical analysis of advanced scholarship on international law.
各回のテーマに応じた対象文献についての参加者による報告と質疑応答、議論を通して検討する。
対象文献は、国際法１および国際法２で学修する基本的な内容に関わりながら、専門的な観点からの考察を加えたものを取り上げる。
