The objective is to explore the implication of the theory of state jurisdiction in international law through an in-depth analysis of relevant literature.
This Seminar will deal with journal articles on State jurisdiction. The presenter will prepare a synopsis beforehand, sharing it with participants. Attendees will review the papers, contrasting them with the summaries provided. During the seminar, the presenter and moderator will spearhead the exploration and discourse surrounding the article's content.

国際法1および2を履修済みあるいは履修中であること
国家管轄権をめぐる議論を文献講読を通じて理解することを目的とする。
The objective is to explore the implication of the theory of state jurisdiction in international law through an in-depth analysis of relevant literature.
国家管轄権に関する10程度の論文をピックアップして、毎週一本ずつ、講読する。報告者はレジュメを事前に作成し、参加者に回覧する。参加者は、そのレジュメと照らし合わせながら、論文を読む。ゼミ当日は、報告者および司会者がリードして、内容の理解と議論を行う。
