The aim of this course is to develop participants' legal thinking skills through analyzing specialized literatures on international law.
Designated participants prepare and submit a report on assigned literatures in advance.
The literatures to be picked up will be assigned according to the interests of the participants, ranging from those related to the basic issues of international law to those dealing with cutting-edge issues.

①題目：本演習への参加を希望する理由。どのような問題について関心を持ち、どんなことを知りたいと考えているか。

演習論文：実施しない。
この演習は参加者が調査をふまえた報告書を提出し、それについてお互いに建設的な意見の交換を行うことで成立します。国際法を学びつつ、法的議論の組み立て方、法的視点に基づく文章の書き方を身につけたい学生、議論を通じて自らの理解・知識を確かなものにしたいと考える学生の参加を期待します。
国際法に関する専門文献の講読、特に国際判例研究に関する論文の検討を通じて、法的思考力を養う。
The aim of this course is to develop participants' legal thinking skills through analyzing specialized literatures on international law.
最初の数回は、国際法の基本的事項について、基本文献の購読を通じて確認する。
その後、各回のテーマに応じた対象文献についての参加者による報告と質疑応答、議論を通して検討する。
対象文献は、国際法の基本事項に関わるものから、先端的な問題を扱ったものまで、参加者の関心に応じて決定する。
