The aim of this seminar is to cultivate the participants' ability to understand politics, international relations and social issues in Europe, to discuss and present on the topic of leadership in a group and to write an academic report.
This seminar will consist of readings of the latest publications, discussions, group research and presentations, so that participants, both individually and collectively, better understand and study how European countries and the EU address issues such as internationalism and nationalism, welfare policy, migration and the environmental crisis. The main theme in 2025 will be leadership (both female and male) in European countries and the EU. We will also invite guest speakers or participants from other universities. Writing a seminar paper is encouraged but not mandatory.

演習論文 ：実施する
ヨーロッパのリーダーシップ研究を共に読み現代ヨーロッパの政治，国際関係，社会問題を理解する。さらにグループ・リサーチと発表のスキル，アカデミックな論文を作成するスキルを獲得する。
The aim of this seminar is to cultivate the participants' ability to understand politics, international relations and social issues in Europe, to discuss and present on the topic of leadership in a group and to write an academic report.
国際主義とナショナリズム，福祉政策，人の移動，環境問題など，現代ヨーロッパ各国とＥＵはどんな課題に挑戦しているのか。その解明のために自らリサーチを企画・実施することがこの演習の目的である。2025年度の重点トピックは，ヨーロッパ各国およびＥＵの（女性を含む）リーダーシップである。各回の進め方としては，最新の文献の講読と討論，グループによるリサーチと発表を行う。あわせてゲストスピーカー，可能なら他大学との合同ゼミなどを通し，広い対話の機会をつくりたい。演習論文の作成も指導するが，必須としない。
