Deepen your understanding of the issues involved in each of the general or specific theories of criminal law, and develop the ability to understand case law and basic academic papers.
In this seminar, students are asked to make individual reports on issues of interest to them among those considered important in general or specific theories of criminal law. In their reports, students will be asked to present their own views after organizing the state of debate through examination of precedents and theories.In addition, it is desirable to be able to deepen one's own understanding through discussions with these seminar participants.
I encourage interested students to take the course regardless of their grades in criminal law.Students who are not good at Criminal Law but would like to study it somehow are also welcome.

刑法総論・各論それぞれで問題となる論点についての理解を深めるとともに、判例や基礎的な学術論文を理解できる能力を養う
Deepen your understanding of the issues involved in each of the general or specific theories of criminal law, and develop the ability to understand case law and basic academic papers.
本演習では、刑法総論・各論の中で重要だと考えられる論点の中で自身の興味をもったものについて、個別の報告をしてもらう。報告においては、判例や学説の検討を通じて議論状況を整理したうえで、自身の考え方を示してもらう。さらに、演習参加者との議論を通じて自身の理解をより深められるようにすることが望ましい。
刑法の成績にかかわらず興味をもった学生に履修してもらいたい。刑法は苦手だがなんとなく勉強してみたいという学生も歓迎する。
