Deepen your understanding of the important themes dealt with in general criminal law, and cultivate the ability to understand judicial precedents and basic academic articles.
The general part of criminal law is extremely abstract, therefore, many students may have difficulty with it. This seminar aims to deepen students' understanding of general theory of criminal law through the examination of precedents and basic academic articles, focusing on issues that are considered particularly important in general theory. The presenter will conduct research on precedents and key issues of interest to him or her in general theory of criminal law, develop an understanding of the issues, and then present a report and consider questions that will stimulate discussion among the participants.
Grades in Criminal Law General and Criminal Law Specific will not be taken into consideration. I welcome students who are not good at criminal law but want to study it somehow.

刑法総論で取り扱われている重要なテーマについての理解を深めるとともに、判例や基礎的な学術論文を理解できる能力を養う
Deepen your understanding of the important themes dealt with in general criminal law, and cultivate the ability to understand judicial precedents and basic academic articles.
刑法総論は極めて抽象度が高く、苦手とする学生も多いと思われます。本演習では、総論において重要だと考えられる問題を取り上げ、判例や基礎的な学術論文の検討を通じて、刑法総論についての理解を深めることを目的とします。報告者は、自身の興味のある判例や重要論点について調査を行い、理解を深めたうえで報告を行い、参加者の議論を促すような設問を考えます。
刑法総論の成績は考慮しません。刑法は苦手だがなんとなく勉強してみたいという学生も歓迎します。
