Through analysis of the legislative facts, enactment history, legislative content, etc., and examination of the issues imposed by the laws, students will gain knowledge about the design of the legal system and acquire the ability to consider how the legal system should be designed as a means of solving various problems and events in Japan.
The students will analyze the background of enactment, legislative process, contents, etc. of several laws, as well as to consider, plan and draft what kind of legislation can be considered to solve the remaining issues. However, the laws to be covered may be reflected and replaced depending on the status of legislation during the period in which the course is scheduled.

いくつかの法律について、その立法事実、制定経緯、立法内容等の分析及びの課された課題の検討を通じて、法制度の設計についての知見を得るとともに、我が国のさまざまな問題を解決する手段としてどのように法制度を設計すればよいかを考えることのできる能力を身に付ける。

いくつかの法律について、その制定の背景、立法過程、内容等を分析するとともに、残された課題を解決するためにどのような立法が考えられるかについて検討し、企画・立案してもらいます。ただし、対象とする法律については、この間の立法の状況に応じて差し替える場合があります。
