(1) To acquire basic knowledge of civil law
(2) To explore topics which interest the students
In this course, students choose a topic in civil law that interests them and present their research for discussion by all participants. Students will work in groups during the spring semester and individually during the fall semester. The instructor will provide some examples of research topics, but students may choose other topics as well.Students will need a significant amount of time to gather in groups, collect documents, etc. to prepare for class. In addition, students are also scheduled to participate in exchanges with other universities. Therefore, this seminar is open to students who are able to devote a sufficient amount of time.
Furthermore, please note that students who wish to take this seminar will be interviewed. If you wish to be interviewed, please apply by March 18th. Interview applications are being accepted by email (fujisawa@rikkyo.ac.jp).

この授業では，民法の分野の中から，履修者が興味を持つテーマを選んで研究発表を行い，参加者全員でディスカッションを行います。春学期はグループで，秋学期は個人で，研究を行う予定です。なお，研究テーマについては，担当教員がいくつかのテーマを例示しますが，それ以外のものを選ぶことも可能です。
授業の予習のためには，グループで集まったり，資料を集めたり，多くの時間を必要とします。また，他大学と交流する機会を持つことも予定しています。そこで，この演習のために，十分な時間を割くことのできる履修者を募集しています。
なお，履修希望者を対象として，面接を行います。面接を希望する方は，3月18日までに申込みを行ってください。面接の申込は，メールで受け付けています（fujisawa@rikkyo.ac.jp）。
