To understand basic knowledge and practice in relation to legal issues and dispute resolution arising out of business operations.
To deal with legal issues arising out of business operations and how to resolve these issues by referring to specific cases. In this course, we will, based on sample cases, conduct mock negotiation/submissions/presentation, and students will prepare for them. This course will also deal with a new, unique field such as Space law.
The students are expected to actively participate and make comments/opinion as well.

企業の活動に伴って発生する法律問題や企業が直面する民事・商事紛争の解決方法について、基本的な知識や実務を理解することを目的とします。
To understand basic knowledge and practice in relation to legal issues and dispute resolution arising out of business operations.
企業活動に伴いどのような法律問題が発生するのか、その法律問題を解決するためにどのような方法があるのかについて、様々な事例に基づき、実務的な観点から検討します。授業では、仮定のケースを用いた相談、交渉、主張や発表も実施することを予定しています。また、宇宙法等新たな分野についても触れたいと思っています。
議論を中心とする予定ですので、積極的な発言及び参加を期待しています。
