The objective of this seminar is to cultivate communication skills to use Chinese as a true globally-minded person in the future. This seminar will examine the politics, economy, and social structure of China to deepen the students’ understanding.
The topics covered will relate to the students’ lives and interests.
1. The lectures will raise various aspects about the current situation in China (including the national governance of the Communist Party, US-China relations and Japan-China relations, the arrest of a Huawei executive).
2. Education problems, aging society, and wealth disparity
3. Love and marriage
4. A student will be put in charge of each topic to analyze the topic based on their own perspective and present a report.
This seminar will seek the interesting aspects of Chinese law as well as something extra about Chinese law as a whole.
Students will actively exchange opinions with classmates about their own preferences and experiences while deepening their understanding of the topics that they are interested in.

将来，真の国際人として中国語を運用するコミュニケーション能力を育成する。2025年の米中（習近平国家主席とトランプ大統領）科学技術と貿易戦争と日中（習近平国家主席と石破総理大臣）新関係をきっかけに露呈した中国政治と経済の構造問題を取り上げて習近平政権下の中国の仕組みを考察し理解を深めることを目標とする。
The objective of this seminar is to cultivate communication skills to use Chinese as a true globally-minded person in the future. This seminar will examine the politics, economy, and social structure of China to deepen the students’ understanding.
以下の話題を取り上げて講義する。
①中国共産党の国家統治，②米中関係と日中関係，③共産党政権体制の仕組み
④小中高大学の教育問題、⑤若者達の恋愛と結婚、⑥高齢化社会、⑦宗教問題、⑧新疆ウイグル自治区とチベット自治区など
４．テーマごとに担当者を設けて、独自な観点で分析し発表してもらう。
中国に政治・経済と法制度のプラスアルファを求めていく。
学生は，クラスメートと自分の好みや経験について活発に意見を交換しながら，関心あるテーマについて理解を深めていく。毎回配った資料を理解したうえで質問や感想を書いて提出すること。
