By analyzing specific laws—including their legislative facts, drafting histories, and substantive content—and examining remaining challenges, students will acquire the insights necessary for legislative design. Furthermore, through the practical experience of drafting legislative bills, students will develop the ability to conceptualize legal systems as effective means to resolve the various issues facing society.
The students will analyze the background of enactment, legislative process, contents, etc. of several laws, as well as to consider what kind of legislation can be considered to solve the remaining issues. In addition, students are required to plan and draft legislative bills. However, the laws to be covered may be reflected and replaced depending on the status of legislation during the period in which the course is scheduled.

憲法に関する基礎的な知識
いくつかの法律について、その立法事実、制定経緯、立法内容等の分析及び残された課題の検討を通じて法制度の設計に必要な知見を得るとともに、具体的に法律案を作成することにより、さまざまな問題を解決する手段としてどのように法制度を設計すればよいかを考えることのできる能力を身に付ける。

いくつかの法律について、その制定の背景、立法過程、内容等を分析するとともに、残された課題を解決するためにどのような立法が考えられるかについて検討し、法律案を企画・立案してもらいます。ただし、対象とする法律については、この間の立法の状況に応じて差し替える場合があります。
