The purpose of this course is to deepen students’ understanding of various fields of corporate law and to improve their writing skills based on this understanding.
Each class, we shall critically analyze judicial precedents in various fields of corporate law to deepen our understanding in the relevant field. In addition, students will be requested to submit question-style assignment reports as appropriate to develop their writing skills in the field of corporate law.

①題目：会社法をめぐる解釈問題で興味を持ったものを１つ選び、その理由を述べる
②字数：A4 １枚程度

法曹を目指す学生を対象として、会社法の各分野についての理解を深めるとともに、その理解をもとに文章作成能力を高めることを目的とする。
The purpose of this course is to deepen students’ understanding of various fields of corporate law and to improve their writing skills based on this understanding.
毎回、会社法の各分野の判例を素材として、これを批判的に分析し、当該分野における理解を深めることとする。また、設問形式の課題レポートを適宜提出し、会社法分野における文章作成能力を養っていくこととしたい。
