The purpose of this course is to deepen students’ understanding of various fields of corporate law and to improve their writing skills based on this understanding.
In each session, each group will be asked to make a presentation (including drafting of documents) on an issue from each area of corporate law, and all members will discuss it together. Through this process, students will deepen their understanding of the subject matter and develop their writing skills in the area of corporate law.

法曹を目指す学生を対象として、会社法の各分野についての理解を深めるとともに、その理解をもとに文章作成能力を高めることを目的とする。
The purpose of this course is to deepen students’ understanding of various fields of corporate law and to improve their writing skills based on this understanding.
毎回、会社法の各分野の問題を素材として、グループごとに発表（文書の起案を含む）してもらい、全員で討論する。これによって、当該分野における理解を深めるとともに、会社法分野における文章作成能力を養っていくこととしたい。

①題目：会社法をめぐる解釈問題で興味を持ったものを１つ選び、その理由を述べる
②字数：A4 １枚程度
