The purpose of this course is to deepen students’ understanding of various fields of corporate law and to improve their writing skills based on this understanding.
In each session, each member will be asked to make a document on an issue from each area of corporate law, and all members will discuss it together. Through this process, students will deepen their understanding of the subject matter and develop their writing skills in the area of corporate law.

選考方法：
①題目：伊藤靖史『ケースで探索 会社法』（有斐閣、2023年）に掲げられた問題（ケース）の中から１つ選び、自分なりの答案を作成すること。
②字数：A4 ２枚程度
※法曹コース2年次生は自動登録科目。3年次以降は自動登録されないので、履修希望者は選考に申込むこと。
法曹を目指す学生を対象として、会社法の各分野についての理解を深めるとともに、その理解をもとに文章作成能力を高めることを目的とする。
The purpose of this course is to deepen students’ understanding of various fields of corporate law and to improve their writing skills based on this understanding.
毎回、会社法の各分野の問題を素材として、担当者に答案を作成してもらい、その内容を全員で検討する。これによって、会社法の各分野における理解を深めるとともに、文書作成能力を養っていくこととしたい。
