To cultivate the ability to apply the basic knowledge acquired (or currently being acquired) in Civil Procedure Law (1) and (2) to the resolution of concrete cases
Case-based exercises will be conducted on key topics in civil procedure law.
1.All participants are required to prepare written answers to the questions that are shared in advance (and to make their answers available to the group).
2.For each session, the designated presenter(s) among the participants will undertake more in-depth preparatory work in advance , and will (a) provide an overview of the foundational knowledge necessary for resolving the case, and (b) present a proposed solution to the case (with a presentation of approximately 30 minutes).
3.On the basis of the presentation described in 2., all participants will engage in a group discussion.

民事訴訟法（1）（2）に関する基礎知識を体得していることが不可欠である（民事訴訟法（2）は履修中でも構わない）。

民事訴訟法(1)(2)で学修した（ないし学修中の）基礎知識を、具体的な事例の解決の為に応用する能力を涵養する。

民事訴訟法の重要テーマに関する事例演習を行う。なお、司法試験を題材とすることもある。
1．参加者全員が、予め共有された設問について解答を作成する（共有する）。
2．参加者のうち、各回の担当者は、教員が提供する参考文献等を頼りにヨリ踏み込んだ事前の検討を行い、①事例の解決に必要な基礎知識を概説するとともに、②事例の解決を具体的に示す（30分程度のプレゼンテイションを予定）。
3．2．を踏まえて全員でディスカッションを行う。
