This seminar is for students who aspire to become legal professionals and have studied criminal procedure law. The purpose of this seminar is for them to deepen their basic knowledge and understanding of criminal procedure law by examining specific cases, and to acquire the ability to extract legal issues, appropriately interpret and apply the law, and express the outcome in writing.
Students will prepare answers to a preparatory assignment in advance. Each student will present their analysis in class and discuss legal issues in the case.

予習として，「刑事訴訟法」の授業で扱った内容を復習したうえで，あらかじめ指定された教材に示された課題に解答し，文章としてまとめておく必要がある（週に3時間程度の準備が必要となるだろう）。また，中間・最終テストに向けて，授業で学習した内容を復習する。

本演習の目的は，法曹を志望し刑事訴訟法をひととおり学んだ学生が，具体的な事例を検討することで，刑事訴訟法に関する基本的な知識・理解を深めつつ，法的問題点を抽出して的確に法の解釈・適用を行い，その結果を文章で表現する能力を獲得することである。

受講生は，事前に配布する予習課題を検討し，解答を作成したうえで授業に参加する。授業では，各自が予習してきた内容を発表し，授業参加者全員でこれを分析し，討論を行う。
なお，本演習は次時限まで延長して実施する可能性もあるので，注意してほしい。
