As for the administrative law, in main, but what is discussed in an abstract form acquiring a various interpretation theory of the administrative law that this class learned by these classes targeting at the people who studied administrative law 1,2 in the form that accorded with a concrete example at the department stage; is intended.
We treat contents of a more progressive administrative law for the cause in resume to distribute by this class. Specifically, we learn the basic theory precedent about the items which class plans to give as follows included and act in in this way understanding a legal frame of administrative law.

行政法は学部段階では抽象的な形で論じられるのが主であるが、本授業は、行政法1,2を履修した者を対象に、これらの授業で学んだ行政法の様々な解釈論を具体的な事例に即した形で修得することをその目的とする。

本授業では配布するレジュメを元に、より発展的な行政法の内容を扱う。具体的には下記に挙げる授業計画に挙げられた諸項目に関する基本的な学説判例を学び、これにより行政法の法的枠組を理解することに努める。
