【授業の目標 / Course Objectives】

キャリアデザインとは、単なる新卒時の就職先を考えるにとどまらず、自分自身の人生を通じた成長と心の豊かさ、ウェルビーイングを実現するための基礎である。
講義では、社会の中で自分という人間が在る意味を考え、大学での学びの価値を考え、社会性に対する理解や他者との協働・共創の知見・経験を培うため、講師からの座学だけでなく、学生同士の学び合いを重視しながら、様々な社会・他者とのつながりの主体的な開拓やインターンシップへの参加などの取組を促し、その振り返りを行う。
民間企業、公務員志望を問わず、両者に対応するよう配慮する。

【授業の内容 / Course Contents】

○いかなる時代においても、企業や組織が必要とする人材は、自律的に考え、判断しうる能力と見識を持った人材である、同時に、社会の中で、他者との適切な関係性を構築する力（他者理解、自己表現、コミュニケーション）が重要である。このことは、これから迎えるべき就職活動のステージにとどまらず、あらゆる場面で必要である。講義では、学生同士での意見交換も行うことによって、自分を見つめなおし、自分の考えを表明し、同時に他者の考えや意見を的確に理解する経験を通じて、自己理解とコミュニケーション力を培う。

〇また、インターンシップへの参加に限らず、学外で行われている様々なイベントやセミナーにも各自が興味を持って参加し、体験するなどによって、社会との様々なつながりや社会人とのコミュニケーション、社会活動を経験することを推奨する。

○インターンシップは、各自、自分の興味、関心のある業界、企業、自治体などを探し出し、各自でエントリーすることを原則とする。

In any era, the individuals sought by companies and organizations are those with the ability and insight to think and make decisions autonomously. Equally important is the capability to build appropriate relationships with others in society, which includes understanding others, self-expression, and communication. These skills are necessary not only for the upcoming job-hunting stage but in various situations throughout life.

In this lecture, students will engage in discussions with their peers to reflect on themselves, express their thoughts, and accurately understand others' opinions. Through this experience, they will develop self-awareness and communication skills.

Additionally, students are encouraged to participate not only in internships but also in various external events and seminars of their interest. These activities will help them build connections with society, communicate with professionals, and gain experience in social activities.

For internships, it is recommended that each student find and apply to industries, companies, or local governments that align with their interests and passions independently.

【授業時間外（予習・復習等）の学修 / Study Required Outside of Class】

各回一話完結方式で進める予定。
事前・事後課題を出すことがあるので、しっかり対応すること。

講義の中で課す課題やグループワークのテーマについては、巧拙は問わないので、自分で考えて対応すること。特に、グループワークでの話し合いへの臨み方は、社会に出るに当たっての必要最低限の「会話力」「対話力」につながるので、物怖じしないように心がけ、積極的に会話に参加すること。

同時に、官公庁も企業も同様であるが、社会に出てからは、皆さんが思う以上に、「文書」「文章」を作成したり、それらを用いて人前で自分の意見を表明する機会は多いし、それがビジネススキルとして評価される重要なポイントでもあるので、学生時代から意識的にそのような力を育むよう心掛けてもらいたい。
