In the 21st century, the relationship between business and society has changed drastically. Sustainability, resilience and social innovation (including CSR, CSV and SDGs) are the most important and crucial issues for businesses to address. In this context, this course aims to: a) provide current trends and issues in the relationship between business and society, and b) help students to think and act as 'good' business leaders.
This course will consist of three sections: a) the relationship between business and society, b) ethical change, and c) social innovation. Each session will consist of lecture, case discussion and group dialogue. In order to enhance the learning effect, there will be a pre-assignment before the session and a reaction paper after the session.

21世紀、ビジネスと社会の関係は大きく変化した。サステナビリティ、レジリエンス、ソーシャル・イノベーション(CSR、CSV、SDGsを含む)は、企業が取り組むべき最も重要で重要な課題である。このような背景のもと、本コースでは、a) ビジネスと社会の関係における最新の動向と課題を提供し、b) 「善き」ビジネス・リーダーとして考え、行動できるようになることを目指す。

このコースは、a) ビジネスと社会の関係、b) 倫理的変化、c) ソーシャル・イノベーションの3つのセクションで構成される。各セッションは、講義、ケースディスカッション、グループ対話で構成される。学習効果を高めるため、セッション前に事前課題を、セッション後にリアクションペーパーを課す。
