The objective of this course is to deepen students’ everyday learning by observing legal consultations conducted by lawyers and attending related lectures, thereby gaining an understanding of how law functions in society.
In the first half of the course, students will observe lawyers providing free legal consultations for citizens. In the second half, lectures by lawyers and discussions among students will be held on the topics covered in those consultations. Through these activities, students will deepen their legal knowledge, develop flexible thinking skills, and learn about how law functions in society. the law as it operates in society.

弁護士による法律相談を見学し、レクチャーを受けることにより、日ごろの学修を深めるとともに、社会に生きている法を学ぶことを目的とする
The objective of this course is to deepen students’ everyday learning by observing legal consultations conducted by lawyers and attending related lectures, thereby gaining an understanding of how law functions in society.
授業の前半では、学生は、弁護士が市民のための無料法律相談を行う様子を見学する。後半では、法律相談の内容に関する弁護士によるレクチャーや学生による討論が行われる。これにより、これまで学修した法律知識を深め、柔軟な思考力を獲得し、社会に生きている法を学ぶことができる。
