The purpose of this exercise is to confirm and deepen understanding of basic matters in the Civil Code as a whole (general provisions, property rights, claims, relatives, and inheritance), while also taking into account civil litigation legal perspectives and practical viewpoints from the perspective of an attorney.
After reviewing the preliminary assignments, a question and answer session and discussion review will be held with the person in charge. The main content of the assignment will be to confirm and organize the basics of civil law and important judicial precedents. We hope that this seminar will be useful not only for those who wish to become legal professionals, but also for students who wish to relearn or review civil law. We also plan to invite guest speakers (lawyers, etc.) for exercises, etc.

本演習は、民事訴訟法的視点や弁護士から見た実務的視点等も踏まえつつ、民法全体（総則、物権、債権、親族、相続）における基本事項を確認し、理解を深めることを目的とする。

事前課題を検討の上、担当者を中心に質疑応答、協議検討を行う。主な課題内容は、民法の基本事項や重要判例の確認整理を予定している。法曹志望者はもちろん、民法を改めて学習し直したい学生や復習したい学生にとって有益な演習としたい。なお、ゲストスピーカー（弁護士等）を招いた演習等も予定している。
