This course aims to deepen students' understanding of contemporary issues in international economic law, as well as to learn how trans-border economic activities in individual sectors are affected by public regulations in major countries. It also aims to cultivate the ability to research and present various information as an independent learner.
The content of this course is to research and present contemporary issues regarding national regulation of cross-border economic activities in accordance with each student's area of interest. In the first half of the course, all students will learn about the trade regulations of each country that affect cross-border economic activity and the international rules that govern them. In the second half of it, students will select an individual sector that interests them and learn more about how that business is affected by public regulations, taking into account the international market structure and nature of that industry, and will make a presentation based on their research.

国際経済法の現代的な諸課題についての理解を深めるとともに，個別産業分野の経済活動が主要国の公的規制によってどのような影響を受けるかについて学習する。また自律的な学習者として各種情報を調査して発表する能力の涵養を目指す。
This course aims to deepen students' understanding of contemporary issues in international economic law, as well as to learn how trans-border economic activities in individual sectors are affected by public regulations in major countries. It also aims to cultivate the ability to research and present various information as an independent learner.
本科目では，国境を越える経済活動に対する国家規制についての現代的課題について，各履修者の関心分野に応じて調査・発表することを内容とする。授業の前半は，国境を越える経済活動に影響を及ぼす各国の通商規制やそれを規律する国際ルールについて，報告担当者による発表をベースに全員で学習する。授業の後半は，各履修者が関心をもつ個別産業を取り上げ，当該産業分野の国際的な市場構造・性質を踏まえ，そのビジネスがどのような国家規制によって影響を受けるかについて，より深く学び，研究報告を行う。
