Non-biginner law students will try to read semi-specialized litterature. Through such practices, they will increase their vocabulary (of social sciences and others) and develop know-how and self-confidence for futur reading on their own initiative.
Students will read the first part of the current Constitution, and other texts related to fundamental principles of the French Republic such as “laïcité” or “parité”, including not onlu legal texts but also official documents, media articles and/or literary works. Last texts may be changed according to students' interests. From the second session onwards, students shall be, by turns, in charge of about a half page which they shall report during class, with the support of the teacher.

授業時間外の学習は、1単位あたりの学修時間45時間に沿って以下を適宜配分してください。
予習：２回目からは発表の有無にかかわらず、単語を調べ、読解を試みる（特に語義が多岐にわたる単語は要注意、文脈に適合する語義が辞書の上位項目で見つかるとは限らない）。機械翻訳を一助とする場合にも、成句も含めて必ず語句単位で照応を付け、文法知識をもとに構文を解析すること。そして徐々に自力で、文脈も踏まえなが解釈する経験を積み重ねてほしい。
復習：読解ができなかった部分、読み違えた箇所について、問題点（語義、比喩の解釈、構文、背景知識、等々）を自己分析する。また単語を記憶しようと努めてほしい。
備考：授業時間外の学習内容の提出を適宜求める可能性あり。

初級文法をひととおり終えたレベルを想定していますが、条件法や接続法、中性代名詞など、難しいと思われる事項については適宜補足します。
仏和辞典を毎回持参。収録数と視認性から第一に紙の辞書、事前としては電子辞書が望ましいが、ネット上のアプリまたはサイトも可（ただし不足のおそれ大）。
フランス語の初級文法を学んだ法学部生が、準専門的な文献の読解に挑むことにより、社会科学分野をはじめとする語彙を増やしつつ、自力で文献に当たっていくためのセンスと自信を養う。

現行憲法の冒頭部分を軸として、政教分離や両性同数制などフランス共和国の基本理念に関わる文献を読んでいく。法律条文だけでなく、公的機関のドキュメントやメディアの記事、文学作品も取り上げたい。後半から終盤のテクストは履修生の関心分野も踏まえて変更することも考えている。2回目以降は交互に1人0.5ページ程度を分担し、授業時に教員のサポートを受けつつ発表する。
