The goal of this course is for students to discover for themselves questions about “Bildung” through reading texts on art creation and appreciation. Specifically, this course has the following goals:
① Students will read texts on the theme of art creation and appreciation and summarize them in a resume.
② Students will extract arguments and formulate questions from the texts.
When people create and appreciate artworks, it seems that they do not do so simply on the basis of an individual's accidental idea but certain rules. Then, how do these "rules" differ among the various forms of expression, such as music, painting, and literature?
Through the creation and appreciation of such artworks, we will transform our perception and actions. How can we talk about these transformations?
In this lecture, we will consider clues to these questions from texts on aesthetics. Based on this readings, students will have an opportunity to prepare their resumes and make presentations.
This course will take the form of either a group or individual presentation, depending on how many students are present.

本講義の目標は、芸術制作と鑑賞に関するテクストを読むことで、「人間形成（Bildung）」に関する問いを自ら見出すことです。本講義は、具体的には以下の目標を持っています。
① 芸術制作と鑑賞に関するテーマのテクストをしっかりと読み、レジュメにまとめあげることができるようになる。
② テクストから、論証を取り出し、問いを立てることができるようになる。

人が芸術作品を制作したり鑑賞したりするときには、単に個人個人の偶然的な「思いつき」だけでそれをするわけではなく、一定のルールがあるように感じられませんか。こうしたものは、音楽、絵画、文学といったさまざまな表現形式の間にどのような違いがあるのでしょうか。
また、こうした芸術作品の制作や鑑賞を通して、私たちは自分の知覚や行為のしかたを変容させていくことがあります。そうした変容を、私たちはどのように語ることができるのでしょうか。
本講義では、これらを考える手がかりを、美学-芸術論のテキストから考えてみます。その読解を踏まえて、学生がレジュメを切って、発表する機会を設けます。
