Notes

【Course Objectives】

This course aims at providing students with the following.
-Opportunity to examine Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through case studies of projects based on the children's rights
-Critical understanding of SDGs and the relationship among each goal
-Multilateral perspective to address global issues

【Course Contents】

This course provides students with many aspects of global issues by inviting staff members of Save the Children and partner organizations as guest speakers. Students are expected to actively participate in group work and discussion during the classes.

補足事項 (Supplementary Items)
この科目では教員・ゲストスピーカーによる講義に加えて、学生同士でグループディスカッションを行います。講義・グループディスカッションを通して、日本を含めた世界の子どもの権利を取り巻く課題を知り、それに対して社会・自分が何ができるかということを考える機会が提供されます。
なお、一部の授業には、海外で支援活動に従事するゲストスピーカーが登壇予定です。該当の授業については、教室とゲストスピーカーをオンラインで接続することを予定しています。

授業時間外の学習に関する指示は、必要に応じて別途指示します。
グループ発表に向け、グループごとにディスカッションや資料の準備をすることが求められます。
