Students will consider stories and biographies, etc. of prominent people in Japanese Religions. Students will think about the ideal form of religion in Japan by reading texts such as "The Tale of Konjaku," biographies, and picture scrolls, etc.

日本の宗教において、近代以前の人物の物語・伝記類・著作を取り上げることを通じて、日本の宗教について考える。

日本の宗教における著名な人物の物語・伝記等を取り上げる。『今昔物語集』などの説話集、伝記、絵巻などのテキストを読むことを通じて、日本の宗教のあり方を考える。
