In this seminar, students will read two books on international information and deepen their understanding through discussions among students. The goal is for students to learn basic academic methods such as reading specialized books, giving presentations, and holding discussions.
Thanks to the rapid development of the Internet and SNS, everyone today has access to a wide variety of information and can easily express their opinions and ideas. However, there is a lot of false information and fake news that intentionally distorts the truth on the internet, and many people are influenced by such information and are drawn into "Conspiracy Theories". In this seminar, we will read two books on this topic. Through this, we will deepen our understanding through discussion about the future of media and information, and how we should interact with it.

このゼミナールでは、国際的な情報に関する2冊の本を講読し，履修者同士の議論により，理解を深める。これにより、専門的な本を読む、発表を行う、討論を行う、といった学問の基本的な方法を習得することを目標とする。

インターネットやSNSの急速な発展により、今日では、誰もがさまざまな情報にアクセスできるようになったとともに、自らの意見や思想をたやすく公表できるようになった。しかし、ネット上には、誤った情報や、意図的に真実をゆがめたフェイクニュースも多数存在し、またそうした情報に感化され「陰謀論」に取り込まれてしまう人も少なくない。このゼミナールでは、このテーマに関する2冊の本を講読する。これにより、今後のメディアや情報のあり方、接し方について議論を通して理解を深める。
