In this seminar, students will read two books related to the community and deepen their understanding through discussion among themselves. The goal is to help students acquire academic basic skills such as reading specialized books, making presentations, and holding discussions in preparation for their second year.
In today's world, where mobility and fluidity are increasing, we cannot avoid the act of living somewhere. Co-creation in "community" as a spatial space is required in all fields, especially because liberal values (individualism) are so prevalent. However, its limitations and difficulties are also becoming apparent. Politics, economics, welfare, disaster prevention, transportation. This seminar will focus on neighborhood associations, the basic unit of communities, and reconsider their history, contemporary significance, and limitations. In addition, it will focus on "regional studies," a methodology for an interdisciplinary approach to communities. Appoint a person in charge, create a resume, and make a report. Then, each person will read the relevant sections, advance discussions, and deepen their understanding.

多彩な学び
このゼミナールでは、コミュニティに関わる2冊の本を講読し、受講者同士の議論により、理解を深める。これにより、2年生に向けて、専門的な本を読み、プレゼンテーションを行い、ディスカッションを行う、といったアカデミックな基礎スキルを習得することを目標とする。

モビリティや流動性がますます高まる今日である一方で、私たちはどこかに住み生活するという営みを避けることはできない。その空間的な場としての「コミュニティ」における共創は、リベラルな価値観（個人主義）が極まっているからこそ、あらゆる分野において求められている。しかし、その限界や困難もまた露呈している。政治、経済、福祉、防災、交通。このゼミナールでは、コミュニティの基礎単位である町内会にスポットを当て、その歴史と今日的意義と限界を再考する。さらに、コミュニティに学際的にアプローチする方法論である「地域学」にもスポットを当てる。担当者を決め、レジュメを作成し、報告を行う。そのうえで、各自が該当箇所を読み込んで、ディスカッションを進め、理解を深めていく。
