This course involves reading, researching and writing papers, as well as giving presentations, and attending lectures. The lecturer will introduce a variety of literature about Tokyo, covering topics such as its history, geography, sociology, culture, architecture and urban planning. For each session, students are required to read the assigned texts, prepare a summary of them, and deliver a presentation based on the texts.
