In this lecture we will experiment with different methodologies of postmodern dance and explore the possibilities of dance that are different from the concept of choreography. Through improvisational dance, created not by a choreographer instructing dancers but in collaboration with others present in the space, we will consider the imagination and creativity of their own bodies.No previous dance experience is required.
By practicing the basic types of body training in each lesson, like dancing, yoga, Aikido, Qigong, this class points to individual body sensation, at the same time improving the possibilities of the body by approaching the freedom of expression, not bound by methodology, from different topics every time.Class contents will vary depending on the number of students enrolled.

多彩な学び
この講義ではポストモダンダンスの様々な方法論を試しながら、振付という概念とは異なるダンスの可能性を探ります。振付家が踊り手に指示して作られるダンスではなく、その場にいる他者と協働して作られる即興的なダンスを通して、自身の身体が持つ想像力、創造性を考察します。ダンス経験は問いません。

ダンス、ヨガ、合気道、気功などの基本的な身体トレーニングを毎授業、反復して取り組みながら自己の持つ身体感覚に目を向け、また、それと同時にメソードに囚われない自由な発想を毎回異なるテーマからアプローチしながら身体の可能性を探る。以下に大まかな授業計画は示すが、集まった学生に応じて授業内容は変更されることがある。
