・ Students will attempt to understand self, and others based on basic theories and concepts of personality and character.
・ Students will understand personality from different perspectives and simple personality tests with ethical aspects.
・ Student will be able to consider suggestions and services related to personality development in social life and psychological and social support settings.
Through lectures on personality and character psychology and practical training in simple psychological tests, we will consider the importance of understanding "personality" and living together and recognizing the significance of each other's existence. We will overview the differences in theoretical perspectives in psychology, as well as basic personality psychology theories and their history that can be used to understand others and the self in the future.

本科目は、担当教員の実務経験、または実務に従事するゲスト・スピーカーの招聘講義等を活かした授業である。
１授業で取り上げた基本的な人格理論、性格理論・概念をもとに自己・他者理解を試みることができる。
２簡単な性格テストから、倫理的配慮について考慮し，複数の観点で人格を理解することができる。
３社会生活や医療、心理・福祉的支援の場で、人格形成にかかわる要因を考慮した提案やサービスを考えることがで
きる。

人格・性格心理学に関する講義と、簡単で侵襲的でない心理検査の実習から、「その人らしさ」を理解すること、そして個性ある人々が共生し、互いの存在意義を認め合うことの大切さを考えます。心理学の理論的立場の相違や観点も含め，将来的に他者や自己を理解するために役立てられるような基礎的な人格心理学の理論とその歴史も含めて紹介します。
