The "self-healing power" of the self. We aim to learn how the power to heal oneself is expressed and activated, and to live with this power. It is not only a healing power, but also a power that leads to self-realization, to coexistence with others, to the construction of a better society.
In this class, we will consider "healing" from a clinical psychological perspective, incorporating theory as well as practice (hands-on training) to examine how to live in society while making the most of oneself, realizing oneself, striving for self-care, and living in harmony and coexistence with others.

多彩な学び科目
臨床心理学の中でも、心理療法学について解説する。心理療法学では、悩み、症状は一つのサインであり、そこから自己の再生や新たな一歩が始まるとされている。「癒し」よりも先にある、自己理解の深化、自己実現へと向かうことを大切にしていると言っても過言ではない。「癒し」は前提であり、自明のこととされ、その機序やプロセスについてはそれほど注目されてはこなかった。そこでこの授業では、心理療法の原点、ゼロ地点を丁寧に見つめることを目標としたい。心理療法の原点にふれることで、それをもとにセルフケアにつなげていくことも目標としたい。

心理療法は一つではなく、様々な心理療法が存在する。「癒し」を根底におきながら、各心理療法を解説する。セルフケアはもとより、他者との共存、共生社会の構築も視野にいれて。「癒し」を考えることを目的とする。
